Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email us at contact@ezbraid.co.uk with your order number, full name, the product you wish to return, and the quantity.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Returning only certain products out of the entire order
- Shipping problems due to EZBRAID UK's actions
- Discounts not applied to the correct products
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied and subtracted from the refund.
Missing/Incorrect items
Please understand that if 15 days have gone since your order, we are not able to take any action to fix the issue. For the missing or incorrect items, there must be a notification about the issue via email at contact@ezbraid.co.uk, or on social media. To prevent any conflicts regarding missing or incorrect items, we ask that all items be checked once the order has been received.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@ezbraid.co.uk and send your item back to us.
Shipping
To return your product(s), you should mail your product to: EZBRAID UK, 2 LANGDALE PARADE, UPPER GREEN EAST, CR4 4UY unless instructed otherwise.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If the package is returned back to EZBRAID UK due to an error in the shipping information that is not of the sender, the package will be kept and refund will be issued. However, the package will be resent when the reshipment charge has been covered by the receiver.
If you are shipping/Returning a package over £50 value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
