All orders are shipped through the carriers; Royal mail, DPD, parcel force, Evri, UPS are the only shipping options available. 

Any orders purchased after 2:00 PM (BST), or purchases made during a holiday, will be shipped the following Working day. 

To be eligible for free shipping, the subtotal, which is the total before calculating the taxes and application of discounts, must be over ￡100. Note that items shipped to international country may not be eligible for FREE shipping.

If the package is returned back to EZBRAID UK due to an error in the shipping information that is not of the sender, the package will be kept and refund will be issued. However, the package will be resent when the reshipment charge has been covered by the receiver.
